We’re aware that some members have recently received text alerts about possible debit card fraud.
At this time, these alerts have not been confirmed as actual fraud, and no compromise of our systems has occurred. As part of standard security procedures, a card will only be replaced if a fraud alert is verified and receives official approval.
If you receive a fraud alert text, here’s what to do:
- Respond to the text or call the number provided in the message to confirm whether the transaction is yours.
- If fraud is confirmed and approved, your card will be reissued.
- If no fraud is found, your card will remain active and secure.
We know unexpected alerts can be unsettling, especially in a small community where word travels fast. Please know that your account and personal information remain secure, and we are monitoring activity closely to protect your accounts.
If you have questions or want us to review your account activity, please contact us directly at 334-756-7027.
Thank you for your understanding and vigilance in helping us keep your accounts safe.
